    Welcome to Al-Munādī Academy. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website, enrolling in our courses, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

  1. Definitions
    • “Academy,” “We,” “Us,” “Our” refers to Al-Munādī Academy.
    • “Student,” “You,” “Your” refers to any individual enrolled in or using our services.
    • “Course” refers to any educational program offered by Al-Munādī Academy.
    • “Content” includes all materials, videos, texts, images, and resources provided through our services.
  1. Enrollment and Registration
    1. To enroll in any course, you must complete the registration process, provide accurate information, and make the required payment.
    2. Students must be at least 6 years old. For students under 12, parental consent is required.
    3. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment or terminate access to any student who violates these terms.
  1. Payments and Refunds
    1. All course fees are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). International students are responsible for any currency conversion fees.
    2. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
    3. A full refund is available only if no classes have been attended.
    4. A 70% refund is available if no more than 3 classes have been attended.
    5. No refunds will be issued after 30 days or for partially completed courses.
    6. Course fees are non-transferable between students or courses.
  1. Student Conduct
    1. You agree to maintain respectful behavior in all classes and communications.
    2. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior toward teachers or other students will result in immediate termination without refund.
    3. Classes are recorded for quality and security purposes. By attending, you consent to recording.
    4. You may not share login credentials, course materials, or class recordings with non-enrolled individuals.
  1. Intellectual Property
    1. All course materials, including videos, workbooks, and resources, are the intellectual property of Al-Munādī Academy.
    2. Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials for personal educational purposes only.
    3. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any course materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.
  1. Certifications
    1. Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of course requirements, including attendance, assignments, and assessments.
    2. Certificates are issued electronically and can be verified through our platform.
    3. Al-Munādī Academy reserves the right to revoke certificates if violations of these terms are discovered after issuance.
  1. Limitation of Liability
    1. We strive to provide quality education but do not guarantee specific outcomes, grades, or results.
    2. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
    3. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific course in question.
  1. Technical Requirements
    1. Students are responsible for their own internet connection, devices, and software required to access courses.
    2. We are not responsible for technical issues on the student’s end that prevent access to classes or materials.
  1. Modifications to Service
    1. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any course or service at any time.
    2. Course schedules, teachers, or content may be changed with prior notice to enrolled students.
  1. Termination
    1. We may terminate your access to any course or service for violation of these terms.
    2. Upon termination, you must cease using all materials and return or destroy any downloaded content.
  1. Governing Law
    1. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
    2. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration laws.
  1. Changes to Terms
    1. We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
    2. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
